Elizabeth is the most patient person I have ever met! My husband and I have been looking for a home since 2021-2022. We have toured almost 50 houses in the span of 3-4 years. We have put in offers for only 3 houses, you could say we are a little picky. As a first time home buyer, it is really important that I feel comfortable and trust that my realtor has my best interest at heart. Elizabeth proved that to us time and time again. She never pushed us to do anything. She was always easy to reach out to and replied in a timely manner. There were instances where a house would pop up on the market and Elizabeth would drive almost an hour to met us within a few hours. As a first time home buyer, we had no idea what to look for. Elizabeth always came prepared with information she pulled on the home. She would point out things that I wouldn’t have normally noticed because the homes are staged a certain way to sell. Sometimes, we were distracted by the thought of living in a new home we would forget to consider logistics such as gutters, lawn care, and future selling value of the home. We liked that Elizabeth providing her expertise without asking. She is very proactive and seemed to evaluate the home as if she were helping her family. When our offer was accepted, it was go time. We are very grateful for Elizabeth’s advice and assurance throughout the contract, inspection, and loan process. We were back and forth a lot with the sellers… through the realtor… through our realtor. We didn’t realize it would be such a game of telephone. Elizabeth was able to mediate a lot of the headache and work it out in our favor. We were very happy with the end result of the negotiations. The last week before closing the loan company was scrambling. Personally, we felt like there was a potential that we would have to push back our closing date because of issues with the loan company. Elizabeth reassured and guided us the entire way to make sure we closed without complications. She would even reach out to the loan broker for us to see what the hold up was. She made sure that we understood the process of closing and made us feel at ease. We would HIGHLY recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a home. We really couldn’t have done it without her!
