Elizabeth was great from day1. Came to the house with Comps. And suggested a sell price which we felt was too high but happily she was right and we received multiple offers right away. When the first offer backed out shortly before closing Elizabeth had a back up offer who agreed to a fast closing. All went well with second offer and we were able to complete a new home purchase.
