Elizabeth went above and beyond in negotiating the sales contract and getting this house for us. She has also sold 2 houses for us and helped us buy a previous home. We highly recommend!
Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to accommodate us when we drove out to the Kansas area to look at houses!
She is the best realtor I’ve ever had! My go-to gal! ❤️
We’ve used Elizabeth with Reece Nichols on the buying and selling of three houses throughout the years. Elizabeth in my opinion is the best realtor in the Kansas City region, she works tirelessly for her clients and remains professional through it all. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs she is the best in the business!
Elizabeth Knipp has been absolutely wonderful every time she has been my realtor. She listens to what we are looking for and answers all of our concerns. She has always been very quick to respond. I am sure I have won my contracts based on Elizabeth's quick response and tremendous knowledge. I would recommend her a thousand times over.
Elizabeth and her team provided an expectational experience from start to end. Being first time home buyers, we were very nervous for the process but quickly put that to ease from the first conversation. They truly made it an enjoyable and easy process for us.
We were first time homebuyers and Elizabeth made the process super easy! We were able to close quickly on a competitive house that met everything on our wish list. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and gave us great guidance in negotiating our offer and navigating asks after the inspection. Couldn’t have been more happy with how everything turned out.
Elizabeth was great to work with! She was patient with us throughout the process, and was always willing to answer any questions. Her experience also gave us insight as to what we should be looking for and made buying our first home a lot less intimidating! We love our new home and are so grateful!
