Liz Clark is and was amazing. We had never met her before our buy/sell journey, but it felt like we were working with a longtime friend. She was professional, but in a easy going and fun way. She was knowledgeable about all things buy & sell! She never made us feel like a burden even though she had to to travel to Clinton for every showing we scheduled. She is just great!

We recently worked with Elizabeth for the sale of current home and the purchase of our new home, and were very, very happy with her! She is extremely knowledgable, organized, thorough, reliable, and made our selling and buying process seamless and worry-free, from start to finish. Her expertise, drive, and commitment to her clients to deliver quality service are exactly what is necessary in today's crazy market! We would not hesitate to recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a property. She is truly top-notch!

It was bittersweet finding our new home because we won't have the opportunity to work with Elizabeth anymore. That's the kind of realtor she is. She is very personable and hard working. She sold our old house and her attention to detail of the housing market and what it would take to sell our house was second to none. She listened to our needs and desires and helped us make the right choice on our new home. Throughout the process she was on the ball with inspectors, lawyers, and banks making sure the timing and expeirence was good for us.

Elizabeth helped my wife and I through a challenging house hunt. We were relocating from North Carolina with no knowledge of the Quad Cities area. We were not clear on what we wanted to buy or if we wanted to buy. She was so patient with us as we struggled through our decision-making. She made sure we did not feel rushed . She helped us understand the area and the housing market. Even after we were under contract, she was our go to on recommendations for painters, lawn care, etc. She has the best heart, and we absolutely loved working with her!

Elizabeth was wonderful through the entire process. We feel very lucky to have worked with someone so knowledgeable, personable, and kind.

Elizabeth just helped us buy our first home. We live out of state but she made the process so much easier with her responsiveness, professionalism, kindness and competence. No question was too small or too big. She’ll guide you away from bad decisions. She has a great understanding of the current market. She was such a huge support for us. I knew she had our best interests in mind!

Working with Elizabeth truly saved us in an unusually horrible house buying situation. She was supportive, responsive, empathetic, and extremely motivated to help our family get into a suitable home. She went above and beyond in every way both professionally and personally, and on top of that she was a calming presence and a pleasure to be around as a person. If you want someone who will go to bat for you, even in the most unusual of situations, you will find that with her. She’s very experienced and will take good care of you. We never felt one iota of pressure to purchase something that wasn’t perfect for our many specific demands. House buying went from nightmare to owning the home of our dreams!

We have nothing but praise for our realtor Elizabeth Clark. Not only is she sweet, but professional and follows your sale and purchase closely from the beginning to end. We will send everyone we know to Ruhl&Ruhl and Elizabeth Clark as their agent.

Elizabeth was a life saver buying my first home! She was so helpful throughout the entire process I couldn’t be more appreciative!

Elizabeth was so great and made sure we understood everything in buying our 1st new home! She was always there for us when we had any questions or to get ahold of responsible parties that was involved. We was on a short deadline and she was there with multiple showings and was so helpful. We can't thank her enough for helping us make home buying so enjoyable. I would and have recommended Elizabeth for all your real-estate needs.
