They were very knowledgeable and efficient. even though it had some hiccups, they were helpful in resolving them. We have worked with Elita Fry for many years, and even during her serious health issues. she made sure we were taken care of. Marie Gregor did a good job finishing it up for us
Our home sold within 30 hours or so being on the market. Our realtor gave us ideas to prepare house for showing and we had carpets cleaned before hand and started pre-boxing for the move to de-clutter a bit. She took her time taking pictures of the property and I think that was helpful. It sold quickly so the boxing up of our items was very helpful for us. We had a few offers that came in on the property and we just had an excellent, top notch experience.
