Elise was a God send. She walked the property, made suggestions for curb appeal and lead me flawlessly through the mountain of paperwork! Elise made the entire process of selling my home as easy as possible for me. She prepared me for every step and never failed to respond to my many questions. Thank you so much!.

Sometimes writing a review is a genuine pleasure;such is the case with real estate agent Elise Hanson Stutts. Elise is the consummate professional, and her expertise is second to none. Her attention to detail, her knowledge of the industry, her advocacy for her buyers all contribute to making the nerve-racking process of purchasing a home more tolerable. We knew little about Charleston and Summerville when we began our home search, and along the way, Elise educated us and guided us as she would a friend or family member. We learned what to look for and what to avoid, she connected us with valuable services and reliable vendors, she was always available to smooth the bumps in the process! And she made it fun! A couple of things truly stand out: her infinite patience (I cannot recall how many houses she showed us, some several times!) her availability, her prompt responses, her communication, and her vigilance in looking out for potential problems. However, what truly separates Elise from her peers is her integrity. In a profession that sometimes attracts those without the skill or commitment to do a job well, Elise takes pride in her work and in her personal and professional ethics. We are most grateful to Elise and would highly recommend her.

I just wanted to thank you again for all you did during the sale of our house. It was honestly the best experience we have had in buying/selling a house. You took care of so many things that I did not have any stress, and I am very grateful for that. Thank you so much.

If you are either buying or selling your property I would highly recommend Elise Stutts of Carolina One Real Estate. She has gone above and beyond helping us to sell our house. I had to relocate to the west coast and Elise had taken over and provide us with updates just about everyday on the status of the house on the market. She is very professional and knows just when to go the extra step in the selling process. We just closed today and many thanks to Elise in making this to be a pleasant transaction.

Elise was very thorough, understood our needs for a new home and took us to listings that met those need within our price range. She responded immediately to emails, texts, and phone calls. And we always felt informed every step of the way. She is a pro in her field. We will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Wonderful communication throughout the process. Always on top of next step. You don't find that very often!

Elise and Barbara were amazing! Very knowledgable and experienced......

Elise was very supportive in a very difficult sitation. Without her experience I feel our house would not have sold. She was steadfast and kept the ball in our court. She really can handle stress and unprofessionalism very well!! Thank you for standing by us.
