Overall, I would rate my sales experience with Elaine Cheung a solid 10/10. Working with someone that you feel is trustworthy really does make all the difference! Elaine is very persistent with her recommendations and was constantly scanning the market to provide me with the most up to date opportunities based on my needs. I never felt like I was working with a 'sales representative' but rather someone who had my best interest at heart. Elaine and I have been working together to find the right first purchase for me for probably over a year. Throughout that entire process, she was very understanding, patient, and supportive of my decisions. I turned down a lot of opportunities that she presented just based on them not feeling right for me. She continued to present more options until I felt 100% comfortable with my purchase. This really made me feel like I can fully trust Elaine with my purchase. She was very professional throughout the entire process and actually supported my decision although it made her life a little more difficult. From the very beginning of my search, I was honest with Elaine about my needs and she worked very hard to continuously present me with the right options until we found the most applicable one for me! Elaine went above and beyond! She took full control of the open houses and every time we had a showing, she would pay very close attention to the details and make sure that my 'non-negotiables' were checked off. She was also very familiar with the local area and community. I was looking for something specific and Elaine showed me all of the valid options in the area until we found the right one! When it came time to negotiate, we strategically negotiated and she didn't hesitate to work with me on the price that I wanted for my purchase. Absolutely phenomenal job on her part throughout this entire search/transaction! This was a truly special experience and I'd highly recommend Elaine as your realtor!
