She had my back the whole way! She thoroughly discussed all of my options so that I could make an educated decision on what was the best outcome for me. She was wonderful!!’n

When I put the house on the market, I was expecting to have strangers walking through and I wasn't happy about that. I was missing a small antique doll the last time I put a house on the market. The process Elaine used eliminated that happening. It was perfect!

Elaine is phenomenal! The entire experience working with Elaine to find a rental property was excellent. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. We appreciated her insight and how proactive she was throughout the process. I have recommended Elaine to people before and will continue to do so as she is amazing!

It has been a wonderful experience. Extremely professional, friendly, informative, supportive and simply perfect sale experience. Elaine goes above and beyond weekdays and weekends to make sure everything is going forward. Always on time and always supportive. I can not recommend her enough.Thank you Elaine.

Elaine was great. Very thorough and responsive. Happy to have had her guidance and support as as we navigated our transition from our home of 30 years.

We have bought and sold several houses as we move a lot due to my husband's work and Elaine is, by far, the best agent we have worked with. We did just what she told us to do to prepare our home for sale and it looked great and sold the first day it was listed for over asking. Her combination of experience and excellent communication made all the difference. We rarely even had a question during the process because she had prepared us well and given us all the information we needed before we even knew we needed it.

I had the pleasure of working with Elaine Bierly from Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty to sell my home in Columbia, MD. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Elaine's professionalism, expertise, and dedication were truly outstanding. Elaine managed to get my home under contract within a day of listing, and she ensured that the closing process went smoothly, allowing us to close within the same month. Her attention to detail and proactive communication kept me informed every step of the way, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Elaine Bierly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her knowledge of the market and commitment to her clients make her an exceptional Realtor. Thank you, Elaine, for your hard work and exceptional service! ---
