An honest, open, professional realtor which I have found, in the past, as non existent. His communication skills absolutely excellent. A pleasure to work with. It was because of his hard work property sold as fast as it did. I will be using him on a future sale and would not hesitate to recommend him and I can be used as a reference.
Eddie was the best realtor that we could have asked for. It was a trying time for us, because we were selling my mother's house that I inherited. The challenge was working with time zones (Georgia to Washington). Eddie was very accommodating and communicated via, phone, text, and email. He did not rush us through the process and he was there to make sure that all of our concerns were taken care of. He did not make decisions without getting our thoughts first. He gave great advice because we had not experienced this type of transaction before. He was available to address any questions we may have had in regards to the transaction. Professionalism was top notch and we will be recommending him to our Washington friends.

Eddie has been and excellent agent for us. He answers all of our questions and if he doesn’t know the answer he finds out and gets right back to us. He is very personable and honest we have used him twice and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. I like the way he stays in contact with us and lets us know what’s going on in the housing market. If their was one thing I would suggest to Eddie is to be a little more aggressive
