All round very good experience. Professional and responsive every step of the way.

We have worked with Ed for two property purchases and can't say enough about how amazing he is. He is a true southern gentlemen and combines being a professional with being someone you consider a friend. He gets to know you and gives his honest opinion on a property he doesn't think is right fot you. Something so important, but often overlooked, is how much he stays in contact with you after the offer acceptance through the closing - he truly looks out for you!

Smooth and Seamless Working with Ed was a pleasure from start to finish. His knowledge, insight and expertise were invaluable. He was readily available for all the questions and concerns I had. He responded promptly to all calls and texts. He was honest and forthright with the temperature of the market to ensure we were a competitive listing. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know that is buying or selling a home.

A real Pro! I can't communicate well enough to express the quality of the service Ed Grayson provided to us over the course of our sale. A quality human with a great skill set, work ethic, and abilities - he is top notch. Ed truly takes the sales of your property personally and delivers a quality performance. If looking for a professional who will work with and for you, it would be hard to make a better choice than Ed Grayson. Having been around Real Estate for 50 years I have had experiences when I questioned if the realtor earned their fee, not with Ed, he was a bargain.

We cannot say enough great things about Ed. He helped my husband and I find our very first home, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, Ed was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. He always made himself readily available and was very prompt, which made the entire process feel smooth and seamless. He is such a kindhearted, warm person who genuinely cares about finding you the right house—not just any house. My husband and I always felt heard, guided, and truly looked out for. We couldn’t have chosen a better person to help us through such an important milestone, and we are so grateful for everything Ed did for us. Levin and Rinke, you truly have the best of the best working for you.
