We had been "working" with a realtor via email from long distance until we moved to Pensacola. An untimely event for our realtor occurred, preventing us from scheduling showings of homes we wanted to see. Being on a tight timeline to find and close on a home, we felt stranded. While viewing homes on Zillow, I clicked the "Find an Agent" button, and Dana and Earl Hardaker came to our rescue!! I gave them my list of homes and we were up and running!! They showed us 6 homes the very next day and scheduled 6 more showings the following day. After day 1, they got a feel for what we were looking for and we found our dream home on day 2!! While walking through each house , they would ask us what we liked/ didn't like and adapted our search based on those parameters, all while providing us with useful information regarding living in Florida. Dana and Earl are very knowledgeable, helpful, and communication was consistent and thorough. We really hit the jackpot with one click of a button!!
