It was an absolute pleasure working with Dwan. He informed us of the process from start to finish, answered all of our questions and made recommendations that were in out best interest. There were many issues we had to deal with and Dwan was a calming influence for both my wife and I. I would recommend Dwan for anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

Dwan Dryden did an outstanding job in selling the house at 7146 Greeley Ave. K,C.K. He was well informed and guided me through every step. He was patient and always encouraging through the whole process. Really appreciated the Final Touches printed information at the end of the house being sold. Feel fortunate to have had him.

Dwan was wonderful! He went out of his way to ensure we saw the houses that met our needs and he was thorough in his reviews of the houses with pointers if what to look for, pricing, and overall worth of each house. He was professional, courteous and respectful! We highly recommend him!

I had a pleasure of getting help looking and buying the house by Dwan Dryden, he was very attentive and thorough in giving us every information regards to every house we were interested in ( and it was many). He was very patient with us through it all, no matter what time or day it was he'll answer our calls for whatever questions we may had and we are so grateful for all he has done for us. We are so happy with our new home and we'll recommend him over anyone else.

Very engaged, professional and personal during the whole process. Worked with my family during an awkward situation selling our home from out of state. Dwan was a great advocate and advisor for us. Thanks Dwan your hard work. Highly Recommend.

As someone who is not exceptionally patient, the process of buying a home was a struggle for me. Dwan was a gift. With houses coming and leaving the market so quickly, he kept me focused and answered all my questions. He provided advice, guidance and support through the whole process. It was a pleasure working with him and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
