If you’re looking to buy real estate in Western North Carolina, I can’t recommend Dusty highly enough. My best friend/business partner and I currently live in Rhode Island, but have been looking to move to the great state of North Carolina. Our plan was to purchase raw land and build on it, which is very different from simply buying a home — and not every realtor truly understands all the factors involved. We were very lucky to find Dusty. We spent months researching potential properties individually along with properties that Dusty found based on what we were looking for. Eventually we flew down to meet him for an entire weekend to walk multiple parcels of land — many of which were not easy to access.
