Dustin did a great job selling our house under somewhat adverse circumstances. First, he had to deal with three siblings who owned the house in common as part of an estate. Second, the first purchase candidate was very difficult to work with and finally backed out of the deal after a couple of months of stringing everyone along. Third, he was honest about the value of the house in a struggling market. Fourth, he found contractors to work on items uncovered by the inspection report, saving us money. Finally, he aggressively marketed the house both before and after the first buyer backed out. Another buyer quickly came forward. Dustin is a great agent.
