My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Doug. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and definitely had our best interest in mind. He was always responsive, answered all our questions clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. Doug’s attention to detail and strong negotiation skills really stood out. I would highly recommend Doug and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Doug Tricarico. He recently sold my mother-in-law's house in Elmsford and exceeded all of our expectations. When we first began this process, other realtors gave us an expected sale price that was significantly lower than what we ultimately received. Doug was confident in the value of the home and was able to sell it for more than the asking price. He also expertly handled open houses and multiple offers, navigating the situation with professionalism and skill to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. Doug's knowledge of the market and his ability to handle complex situations are second to none. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and effective real estate professional.

Doug did a fantastic job helping us buy our first home! In a hyper-competitive market where homes were selling for astronomical prices, his expertise was critical to ensure we paid a fair price and not get swept into bidding wars needlessly. His knowledge of the market and neighborhoods throughout Westchester and Rockland is second to none. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Working with Doug Tricarico of the Tricarico Team was an exceptional experience. Doug brought incredible energy, expertise, and dedication to the table, ensuring every step of our home-buying journey was as smooth as possible. His knowledge of the market and sharp negotiating skills were invaluable, especially in such a competitive housing market. Doug was always available to answer questions, provide insights, and guide us through tough decisions with patience and professionalism. We are so grateful for his hard work and would absolutely recommend Doug and the Tricarico Team to anyone in need of a trustworthy and skilled realtor.

Doug was very knowledgable about Westchester County. He made a beautiful web entry of our home using a stunning overhead shot of the property. He did a fantastic write up of our home and knew how to drum up interest in our home very quickly. We were literally bombarded with showings all day, every day for one week. Doug did a spectacular job getting clients to bid their highest offers. I knew he would do a good job but he exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Doug is very professional and courtesy. Doug responds quickly to questions and concerns. Appreciate how he checks in and checks if there’s anything he can do. Overall Doug is great and will definitely work with him in the future.

Doug was one of the best realtors I have ever used to sell a home. From the first time I spoke on the phone with him until the day we closed on our home, he was always on top of things and kept me up to date on the progress of the sale. I could always reach him by text or phone or email, 24/7 and he helped us get the price we wanted, even during a difficult, constanting rising interest rates. I would definitely recommend Doug for your real estate needs.

Doug is an amazing agent! We had an offer on our previous home above list price within 2 weeks of listing and within 2 months we had a smooth closing. Doug is patient, always available, and honest. A true expert in the real estate business.

My husband and I recently bought our first home with the Doug as our broker and we are very happy. Doug was patient, responsive and had a positive approach to the process. He took the time to understand what we wanted, and was always willing to answer questions. Doug has a keen grasp on the Westchester County market and advised us well in regard to timing and strategy. We recommend him!

We have bought and sold eight houses and apartments in the UK in the USA. Douglas Tricarico, by some measure, is the best Realtor we’ve ever come across. We would not be in our new apartment today had it not been for his energy, professionalism, accessibility when we needed it, advice and unrelenting enthusiasm. He’s a man of great honesty and integrity, thoroughly reliable, thus without hesitation or reservation, we recommend him. With Doug on your side, you’ll get the right place for you, at the right price.
