Two years ago, I purchased five acres in Cumberland Cove with the plan to build my retirement home there. Sometimes life has different plans, so I decided to put the land up for sale. My hope was to be able to sell the land within a year. I remembered meeting Doreen Sherrill when I was originally in the area searching for land to buy, and luckily I had saved her business card. I reached out to Doreen about possibly working with her to list/sell my property. Not only did Doreen remember when we had met a couple of years ago (bonus points), but she made it a point to go view my property that same afternoon.
