I've been around realtors my whole life ( my brother in law is one ), but let me tell you, Dominic is easily the best and most hardworking i've had the privilege of being around and using.I sold my house and the buyer had specific requests like filling in the pool, some repairs, etc, and Dominic either helped me complete them on his own time, or knew someone who would do it with no up front cost. I seriously panicked when the buyer wanted 5k in repairs done that I couldn't afford but Dominic's guidance made this process so easy.We closed on time, full price offer, and he helped every step of the way. I've never seen a realtor get their hands dirty to help. His attitude of "Whatever it takes" was exactly what I needed. I will use him forever.
