She is so clear and compassionate. She worked hard to understand what we were looking for and was honest in all the different ways we could go about things. Dina never lost her hopeful and positive attitude (even when I did ;-) She explained every aspect of the process to us and was truly personable and relatable. She had wonderfully solid relationships with colleagues which certainly benefited us. We ended up writing our first offer/going through our first inspection on a (very popular) house in the middle of a snowstorm. A few more weeks, showings, emails, texts...and we ended up with the winning bid on our third try!
