Dillon was terrific. He worked with me and my wife to find a house up here in North Florida as we were moving up from South Florida. With the logistics involved for us to travel up from time to time to look for houses we thought it might be challenging, but Dlllon did so much great prep work for us, and him being just awesome to work with, the whole experience was easy, and actually fun, which I've never called buying a house fun before. Even after the close Dillon went way above and beyond, as we couldn't move up right away so as he did what he called his "rounds" throughout different neighborhoods he would check on our house from time to time until we moved up.
