Dierdre is a dedicated, knowledgeable and qualified professional. She guided, advised, informed and explained my Seller responsibilities and the forms I was required to sign. She is also a wonderfully genuine and generous person. Dierdre was always responsive and available. She went "above and beyond" to sell our home.

Working with Dierdre was an awesome experience. We had done research prior to contacting her an felt like we were well informed and ready to dive in. After beginning our journey we realized that there was still much to learn and thankfully we had Dierdre on our side because she really knew where to guide us. Because of her knowledge and honed skills she was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for, we are so happy with our new home, Thank you Dierdre!!!! We will definitely contact her for our future real estate needs.

During the most stressful move of our lives, we had the great fortune to be referred to Dierdre Malloy. Her expertise as well as her kindness and warmth made our home buying experience fantastic. Dierdre worked tirelessly to find us the perfect property. Every one of our phone calls was returned promptly, and on the rare occasion that she did not already know the answer to one of our questions, she found out quickly and got right back to us. Dierdre follows through on every detail and checks on every potential issue, ensuring that there are no unpleasant surprises. She went to great lengths to make sure that all of our needs were met and that in each element of the transaction our interests were protected. During escrow she continued to see that our every need was met and that we were happy with our impending purchase. On moving day, she even thoughtfully provided provided us with a wonderful feast that lasted us for days. She also set up an appointment with someone who would come to measure and replace our window screens. Dierdre has followed up with us several times since to check that everything is going well and that we have everything we need. Prospective home buyers simply cannot do better. Dierdre is a true gem; we only wish we could have her represent us in all of our endeavors!
