Dianne was amazing and supporting me through a long journey towards finally finding the property I was looking for! The day I recently spotted the condo and asked her to secure a viewing, Dianne booked one for early the next day! If we had not acted this quickly I may not now have this property. With Dianne taking the time to visit the different homes in this journey and sharing via video showings were the only way I could do this as I currently live in another province. Flying or driving back a few times was achieved but as I have a disability with a certain level of chronic pain, Dianne made the majority of video showings seamless and even enjoyable! Throughout our search for a new home, Dianne demonstrated patience and understanding of our situation. We are from out of province, but on our visits to search for a property, she made herself readily available with not much notice and organized appointments quickly to accommodate our tight schedule. She was very prompt at retrieving any information on properties we were interested in. She also pointed out things we may have overlooked or not considered. We feel that Dianne worked hard to help us find our new home and negotiated our purchase well.

Dianne is very much in tune with our needs. We appreciated her honesty and knowledge in real estate properties we were looking at.
