Dianne Broom has been my South Carolina realtor since 2005, even before I actually lived there. She has been involved in 3 of my home purchases and sales. She goes above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. No big or small request ever goes unanswered. Living in Ohio and working with Dianne in SC was so very easy. We made a sizable profit on the last house we sold thanks to Dianne's guidance. Our home sold in 2 days at full asking price. We were overwhelmed!

Was recommended Dianne by family members who had nothing but great things to say and I am incredibly thankful we went with her. Dianne was an absolute joy to work with! She made the process easy, understandable and left no stone unturned. Very knowledgeable and compassionate! Would recommend her to others or if we need the service in the future, we'll definitely be contacting her again!

Dianne went truly above and beyond in every way. My situation was not simple, yet she handled it with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. I always felt supported and protected. I highly recommend Dianne without hesitation.

Dianne Broom is one in a million! She was our advocate from day one and never let us down. She was always warm, welcoming and upbeat and due to her diligence, we were able to move from one house to the next seamlessly. If you need an agent in the Mount Pleasant area, look no further!

Our family has used Dianne as our Realtor on multiple occasions. What sets her apart is that she genuinely cares about you as a person and wants to make buying or selling your home the best experience that it can be!

Superb in every aspect. Not just selling or buying a home but a truly caring person making sure her client is taken care of from the beginning to the end of the process.

In selling our first home and purchasing our new home - Dianne was amazing to work with, she really makes you feel like family! She is caring, extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care. Dianne's expertise in the Charleston area real estate market, as a life-long resident, along with the special talent of deal negotiations are unmatched. Thanks, D Bone, for all of your insight, guidance and care for our family during a fast-paced transition of homes.

Dianne, did a great job.

She’s the very best!!!

My sisters and I couldn’t be more pleased with how Dianne handled the sale of our family’s home of 72 years! Her marketing strategy and advise were spot on through the whole process. She went over and beyond relaying the many questions and requests we had with the buyer, especially fielding questions from all four of us sellers. Her high degree of professionalism was accentuated by her natural kindness and empathy which meant the world to us “girls” as we went through the process of preparing our home for sale and dealing with the subsequent offers. We would highly recommend her to anyone!
