We are so happy that we worked with Cindy on our first home purchase! She was a pleasure to work with from day 1. We saw many homes before finding “the one”, and Cindy was always patient and thorough in our home search. We are very lucky to have worked with such a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind realtor. Highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to partner with Cindy, she is the best of the best!!

Cynthia helped us zero in on the asking price of our home that did have twists and turns. This was our biggest concern finding the right number to go on the market with. It proved to be a solid decision as the process unfolded. There are multiple steps in selling a home and Cynthia helped us de-stress and keep pace with the process. Close Communication was effective and "Authentisign" proved indespensible when the legal team lagged Cynthia took up the slack. Everything went smoothly until our closing was delayed 5 weeks. At this point we helped each other to learn patience. We will refer Cynthia to our friends and family going forward. Thank you Cynthia!

We had a wonderful experience working with Cynthia. She was always responsive, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure we always knew what was happening. She regularly called and messaged us with updates and was always happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. Even after we moved in, Cynthia continued to check in and make sure everything was going well, which we truly appreciated. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We are so glad we had the opportunity to work with Cynthia, and we will definitely stay in touch if we ever need real estate assistance in the future. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and caring realtor.

Cynthia was on top of everything from the get go. I could relax knowing she was keeping an eye on the listing. In the end she was a big help with negotiations which were not as cut and dried as usual. Absolutely Five Stars!

Cynthia provides a high level of expertise in real estate. Her experience and exceptional knowledge of the surrounding areas and homes are unsurpassed. She was very mindful to what we were looking for and her persistence helped us find our perfect home. I would highly recommend her.

Cindy is a great agent and a good friend. She is straight forward and will be honest with you the whole way through.. The sale of my house was not the easiest transaction and Cindy handled it with tact and grace.

Cynthia was very professional and accommodating. We found our home to rent through her. She answered all my questions, with a response time of a few minutes. I loved that she communicated by e-mail and text, because it made communication so easy. The process from viewing, applying and finalizing our rental agreement was beyond simple. This was my families first time using a realtor, and without a doubt, we would use Ms. Hertlik again.
