In addition, she provided the emotional support we needed as we prepared to leave behind our "dream home" of twenty five years and begin a new, downsized, chapter of our life. We could always count on her to keep our best interests at heart, and to give us candid advice. She was always reachable and quick in her responses. Miraculously, we were able to prepare our house for sale - including moving out almost everything except for what was used in staging - in just three weeks. This was only possible because Diane stayed on top of everything and was in constant touch, always with a helping hand. Had she not done so, we would have had to cancel long-standing travel plans at a significant loss. As it was, we were out of the country on a small boat in the North Sea when the listing went live but we had total confidence all would be fine because Diane was so well prepared. Within three days of the open house, we received four offers. While we were on the same small boat (thankfully with just-adequate Internet access) Diane aptly managed the bidding process to maximize our sale price. We ended up accepting an offer for a cash deal substantially over the listed price. The pre-closing process (inspections, documentation, etc.) went without a hitch and we closed in a month. This would have been impossible without all of Diane's hard work and constant presence. She really is as great as her reputation.

I highly recommend Diane. She helped me to sell my mother's home so that she could move into an Assisted Living. This was not an easy transaction as the rules and options were constantly changing at the Assisted Living due to Covid-19. Diane was patient and always had my mothers well being and best interests at heart. I live several hours away from her home in Litchfield, CT and did not have a good understanding of the market in her area. I quickly became confident in Diane's guidance and learned to trust her. There were some complications with our transaction and we had to make some Buyer concessions. Diane always took the time to explain options, make recommendations and share the benefit of her broad experience.
