Diane was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and very receptive to my family’s needs throughout the entire process. Her marketing was top-notch, and her negotiation skills were exceptional. She was always responsive, kept us informed, and made the entire selling and buying process much easier than it could have been. I truly appreciated her guidance, hard work, and dedication to getting the best outcome for our family. I would absolutely recommend Diane to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. ~

Thank you for helping me, Spencer, and Thyra for finding our dream home. We have been searching for years to have a complete house that gives you the warm feelings of being home. The apartment life was rough. Problems after problems and we couldn’t get no one to fix the issues. I ended up paying myself. Now with the help of Diane Runge, we have a place to call home. She is a great person and very down to earth. I refer Diane Runge to everyone. Thanks again.

Diane is phenomenal. She understood our requirements and desires perfectly and made it so easy to buy our house while living in another state. We didn't even see it in person until closing day and it's so perfect for us and the entire process was painless. Highly recommend Diane!

Diane went above and beyond my expectations. She was always responsive in answering all questions. Best real estate transaction ever!

Couldn’t ask for a better person ! Personable, knowledgeable, became one of our family! Worked over and above to get the job done ❤️

This was our first home purchase and Diane helped walk us through every step of the process and went above and beyond to help things go smoothly and efficiently. Her knowledge of real estate was crucial in helping us find and purchase our dream home.

Diane was absolutely a pleasure to work with. It was our first time buying a home and she was so patient and kind to us. She gave us all the information we needed as soon as we needed it, explained everything well, and was exactly the person we needed to get us through a really stressful process. Thanks again Diane!

I recently worked with Diane on purchase of a home / property in Chadds Ford, PA. Diane was easy to work with. She is professional, experienced, thoughtful and expertly guided me through complicated process of purchasing a home. Very responsive - available EACH time I reached out with questions or concerns. She often provided additional information I found helpful. Great focus and attention to detail. She has a great style, no high pressure but uses a considerable skill set to get the job done and satisfy all parties. I enthusiastically recommend Diane if either in market for new home or looking to sell yours. Andrew D.
