Hello. Diane was great. She really worked hard at this sale, as it was complicated at best. She went way above what was expected.

Diane is a true professional that cares about your selling experience. We worked with Diane when we bought the house and became friends immediately. 18 years later, she sold our house. She is relentless in her pursuit to find the right buyers and she did. We are so happy for the new young family to enjoy the "treehouse" for years to come.

Diane is a true pro who’s able to provide invaluable insight during the buying and selling cycles. We have had Diane represent us on both the selling and buying sides, and everything always goes smoothly.

Diane was extremely helpful and quick to communicate throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers, it was very beneficial to have a realtor with Diane's knowledge and experience on our side.

5 stars Diane really worked hard on this transaction. It seems like we encountered many unexpected challenges and Diane worked through them. She is an excellent agent.

Dianne was EXCELLENT! She communicated with us through everything & we appreciated her. If something had to be done Dianne was right there to give us guidance. Not only was she our realtor but through this procedure she became our "friend in need". Dianne was very thorough with all details and checked to be sure we "old people" understood each step of the way. Give her a big gold star for being the best!!

Diane was the seller's agent. She let us in the condo twice so we could get carpet measurements. We sold our house in New Berlin and bought the condo in Elkhorn and she gave us some names for flooring and painting.Very nice lady and knows her stuff. Jim and Linda Allen

Diane was absolutely great. She made the search and purchasing process stress free and fun. I’m am looking forward to working with her in the future. I highly recommend Diane Pierrard. Thanks again Diane!

Diane was a pleasure to work with. She responded to our needs very quickly and was very thorough in all responses as we were working long distance most of the time. She has exceeded our expectations and has become a good friend in the process!

Diane went above and beyond to make sure our home sale went smoothly, even with us already being at our new home over 6 hours away. Our place was on the market less then a week and we had an accepted offer... wish we would have listed with her immediately. So thankful we had her as a realtor.
