Very good working with Diane I was concerned that I was not notified when the buyer toured my house No notice before or comments after I was concerned when I went to house & lock box lay open outside door Other than that Diane was professional & helpful

Diane Marshall is a true professional. Very prompt on follow up and clearly an expert in the Minoqua and Northern Wisconsin Real Estate Market. Made the process very enjoyable.

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the friendly, knowledgeable service that I received from Diane. She made good recommendations that helped get us the vacation home of our dreams and stayed with us throughout the entire process to make sure things went smoothly. I will definitely recommend her and First Weber to any of my friends that are in the market for real estate.
