Diane was very easy to work with. She listened to me and did not pressure me to handle the sale of my house in ways that made me uncomfortable. She gave me advice and explained how things were done. She was a wonderful buffer between me and a very aggressive agent representing the eventual buyers. Being the first time for me to sell a house, she made it as painless as possible. I would definitely work with Diane again if I am ever so unfortunate as to have to sell a house again.
