Diane has focused her real estate career on places she knows and loves- the second home market at Cedar Creek Lake and her hometown of the Park Cities in Dallas. Her combination of positive attitude, energy and determination to listen and accomplish the goals of her clients by going the extra mile has refined Diane as an experienced real estate agent. After growing up in the Highland Park, and raising her children in University Park, Diane has also been heavily involved in the Uptown Dallas area as both an art gallery owner and a real estate agent based in the State Thomas Historic District. With her artistic background and finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin, her organization and a keen eye for detail shine through from home design to contractual matters. She is also educated as a Professional Stager that works with her clients to emphasize the positives in any home, using what they have. Her past clients, friends and family, and their friends and family, are her favorite source of referrals. For sellers, Diane provides guidance in pricing, preparing the home with complimentary staging advice, and extensive marketing of her listings in order to gain the maximum exposure to as many qualified buyers as possible, starting by using her extensive collection of contacts. For buyers, Diane’s goal is to listen to their needs and present possible home solutions in a time effective manner. She is committed to providing professional advice and counsel - from the commencement of the negotiating process, through the contractual period, until the closing and funding of the home sale. Diane is currently the Secretary of the Henderson County Board of Realtors. She is a member of MetroTex Association of Realtors.
