Absolutely perfect start to finish

I could not have picked a better team than Diane D’Attilio/Wade Moak to sell my Heron Marsh condo. I called on Diane to list my property and she was right on it setting up showings and open houses. The condo showed beautifully with the photographer Diane chose to take pictures for the listing. We met with buyer at the condo to go over a couple of things they wanted checked out. From the day I met Diane D’A. she felt more like a friend than someone trying to sell me a home. She was very good about showing homes that met my wishes. I could call her and know that she would be available to answer all my questions. She was always looking out for my best interest. She gave me good advice on the selling off my home as well as staying on top of what I needed to take care of. I should also mention that Wade Moak was able to also come to view some of the homes and offered advice about some of the neighborhoods. I have never worked with such-nice and helpful people.
