My siblings had the more direct dealings with Diane in the sale of my deceased mother's house as I live out of state. The few dealings I had with Diane involved signing documents electronically. My sister was satisfied with how Diane represented the family and our interests when the buyer's agents proved difficult to work with.
Tj and I were completely overwhelmed with the entire process since this was both of ours first land and home purchase. Diane made this so easy and calming through the entire thing. If i had any questions all i had to do is pick up the phone and call or text her and she would respond immediately and or pick up. She is a problem solver if she didn't know the answer she found out and it got done. I highly recommend others get to work with her on the purchase of thier dream home. She is also a great person and super friendly, I hope to stay in touch with her. She is awesome!!
Diane was very patient and kind during the whole process with family drama. Always helpful with whatever we needed during a difficult time. Great asset to your team and works very hard for the client!
