She obviously knew a lot about the area, and was familiar with the builder, which helped a lot being that we lived in another state at the time and only relocated a month before closing. She went above and beyond doing real-time walk-throughs by video, taking progress photos, and visiting the work site. She made us feel that all would be well even though we weren't yet local.
