Diandra Dickinson assisted me with the sale of my coffee and macadamia nut farm in Hawaii. The sale was completed October 31st, 2024. She did a terrific job! This was a challenging property to sell. It was a leasehold trust, so not fee simple. It required buyers who were able to pay cash. It involved multiple farm buildings of various ages and conditions, and it came with the requirement that it had to be farmed. To say the least, this was a niche property. Diandra took a comprehensive approach to the property; learning its history; elevating its best qualities by video, professional photography, and appropriate pictorial and descriptive ad placements.
Throughout her engagement, she maintained close contact with me, and we consulted regularly as things needed to be addressed. She assisted in preparing the farm for its moment in primetime, engaging help to clean and stage the property, personally led tours of the farm, which required an energetic stroll around the farm to visit all buildings and some of the crops. She was patient and tenacious, and committed to the sale, which she made. I can't say enough good about her!
