Although I had been a homeowner many years ago, I had not purchased a home by myself before. Little is the same now. Diane seems to have had a lot of experience and definitely knows what she is doing. She was very patient and educated me well. First time home buyers would be very comfortable working with her. I came in from out of state to see homes that I had chosen online. Scheduling around that and even a cancelled flight didn't phase her. I am at how smoothly the process went. Should I need a realtor again, I will call her and send friends and family her way as well.
Diana truly went above and beyond to help us purchase a home, while living out of state. She managed to make what could have been a very difficult and stressful situation a breeze.
