Devin is local and knows the market well. He went above and beyond to get my home sold quickly.

Devin Walden’s is absolutely the best, always takes our calls and constantly willing to give us all his attention!

Devin Waldner is completely professional. Warm heart, has a big heart for community as well. Plus he's our nephew also.

Devin sold my house very quickly. He made the process very easy and trouble free. I would recommend him as a realtor for anyone looking at buying or selling a home

Devin was very helpful in finding our family a bigger home

Devin has been nothing but patient and kind as I have navigated through purchasing, selling and purchasing again. I could talk through things with him on many levels. He was always professional. But most of all kind and patient. Highly recommend him and will trust him again when the time comes. Thank you Devin

Devon did great needed my house to be sold asap and he found a client right away and got me what I wanted , great job Devon

What can I say.. he is one of the world's better humans. He was born to help people find their dream home. He is honest, trustworthy, realistic and truly cares about his customers. He (repeatedly) went out of his way to ensure that we were looked after. We could text him at any time and he would get back to us. If he didn't know an answer, he would always follow-up. And if he happened to forget to follow-up, he would be honest about that too. I was really, really reluctant to use a real estate agent as we have had several bad experiences, but Devin is simply just awesome. He has a lot of knowledge about house building, municipal laws, and the town and surrounding areas of Carberry. He truly cared about us as people, not just dollar signs. I cannot say enough good things about him!

Devin was great to purchase a home with. I highly suggest him to each and everyone we know who is buying & selling. We currently have our house listed with him as well and he has been awesome.
