It included data and justification for everything they recommended to us (e.g., staging, list price, etc.). They answered all of our questions with well thought out responses. We didn’t even want to meet with any other realtors because of their presentation of services, and exemplary professionalism.We walked through the entire house to discuss next steps with preparing our home to go on the market. We really appreciated their approach, recommendations and justification for what we should and should not do to our home and their recommendations saved us some money.We listed our house on Thursday, had an Open House on Saturday and Sunday and we had a full price offer by Monday. Desiree Owens was absolutely amazing. I was in a very tough situation and needed to sell my rental property immediately. My property was previously listed on the market for months and received no interest. I saw a few of Desiree's listings and was immediately drawn in by her presentations. I gave  her a call and asked if she could sell my home. She came to my property and immediately began visualizing how it should be staged and how to prepare it to go back on the market. I chose Desiree after having worked with another realtor for about four weeks. I was so happy to find Desiree was happy to help us find a home and appreciated our business. She had extremely helpful and wise insights. And best of all her attitude was wonderful. Whenever we called her or wanted  to see properties she was always willing to meet us with a smile. For some reason the first realtor we had chosen seemed disgruntled like she was doing us a favor. Desiree was such a pleasant experience. My only regret is that we did not find her right off the bat!! She is absolutely delightful, market knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I will refer her to all of my friends!!

Desiree helped me find a one bedroom apartment to rent, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area. I contacted her at the last minute and I was very stressed out because of some personal issues, and Desiree made sure to show a sense of urgency. She was very responsive, which was my  favorite part of working with her. She answered every text or email promptly, and she was able show me a number of possible places almost immediately after contacting her. I kept telling her how stressed I am, and she kept reassuring me. In fact her exact quote was "don't stress, let me stress for you", and she did. At the last minute, we narrowed my selection down to one choice that I wasn't thrilled about, and Desiree told me she didn't want to settle for that place and she would try and find me something that wasn't in our listings. A few days later, Desiree informed me that she found a place that had been listed at first, but removed, because the landlord needed to do some work on the property. Desiree explained my situation, and was able to work everything out with the landlord within a few days, and I moved in on schedule with no difficulties. In my opinion, Desiree went above and beyond by finding a listing that I wouldn't have known about. I highly recommend Desiree to anyone as she is highly knowledgeable about the area and she is wiling to go the extra mile for her client.
