Working with Desiree made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. Communication was consistently strong, and we always felt supported and informed every step of the way. Desiree was patient when we were indecisive and helpful in thinking through what we really needed. Highly recommend!

The agent I worked with, Desiree Day, was exceptional and I won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a home.

I am so grateful that I used Desiree when I sold my house. She is definitely an exceptional and very knowledgeable realtor. She always kept me up to date on every item through email, text or phone calls and quickly get back to me if I had a question. She was good at explaining things to me when I was unfamiliar with the process and was always on top of things. She had all kinds of vendors that she worked with - painters, landscapers, window washers, house cleaners, contractors, etc. and they all did a great job. She suggested a few upgrades which I wasn't sure about but decided to go ahead and do them anyway. In the end the extra work paid off because I got an offer for the full asking price the evening after the house was listed. Boy, was I surprised, but very very pleased. I would absolutely recommend Desiree to anyone who was looking to buy or sell a home.

Desiree is my go to for all my real estate needs, she is the quintessential professional. This is the 4th transaction I've completed with her representing me and I'm quite sure there will be more in the future! Thank you for another flawless property sale!

Desiree works hard and communicates well. We had a successful experience both buying and selling a home with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Desiree is phenomenal in all that she does. She goes above and beyond for her clients and from day one she has treated my husband and I like family. She has brought our experience home with how easy it was to communicate and her abundance of information, leaving no question unanswered. Desiree has an eye for royalty and elegance on a budget! Her compassion and love for what she does, has left a lasting impression on our hearts as we've became more and more like family. Desiree walked us through the entire process that looked intimidating on the surface, it felt like a breeze. With Her presence at closing, greatly calmed any last minite nervousness by just showing up. She is the number one realtor for buying or selling in real estate, with her professional and sweet personality that helped elevate any uncertainty. I absolutely recommend her for any and all real estate ventures! Whether you're a first time homebuyer or seller, or a seasoned veteran, getting the job done right the first time is Desiree's top priority! Contact Desiree and rest easily knowing you did.

Desiree is truly an amazing realtor! She was gentle and graceful with me, patient and extremely thorough and very communicatve. I was so impressed with her and was so fortunate enough to be able to have worked with her to sell my home quickly and as painlessly as it could be! I recommend her and only her!

Desiree worked tirelessly to sell our house. She listened to our wants and concerns, gave solid advice, then followed through with whatever plans we agreed upon. She kept in contact with us through the entire process with market updates and feedback from the many open house events she ran. She reached out to every agent that came for a showing and shared their comments. She's a pleasure to be around even when there's work to be done or hard decisions to make. Thank you, Desiree.

I could have not asked for a better home buying experience. From start to finish Desiree communicated with me on each milestone and responded to all of my questions along the way. She provided as low as possible stress environment for a home purchase (there's always going to be a little stress at least.) Desiree constantly communicated with the lender and the title company through each step of the transaction. Desiree made me feel like she was just as happy as I was to find an affordable home in a challenging market. I would not hesitate working with Desiree again the next I have a home buying/selling opportunity. Truly a flawless experience.
