This was a difficult sale: there were land-ownership issues that complicated negotiations, and our primary residence is in Massachusetts, making it difficult for us to get to the house. Denise went WAY above the call of duty in helping stage and manage the property during the process. There just aren't words for how fantastic she has been!

As a military family returning from an overseas deployment, Denise was a tremendous help in finding a home for us during a very tight rental market in Annapolis.  The best thing about Denise was that, after only a few days of working with us in person, she had a precise idea of what we needed and wanted for our family and continued the search on our behalf while we were a few states away.  And her efforts were not limited to just whatever popped up on the MLS - even if a house was listed outside the parameters we had set, for example, she would preview it and thouroughly investigate whether the terms could be altered in our favor. Often, houses which seems like a good fit on paper didn't have the right feel for us - something she could assess without us even being there. When a property came on the market that she felt was a good match, she was very aggressive in pursuing it without any input from us, often having filed the initial paperwork within hours of the listing going public.  The end result was that we were able to secure the perfect house, sight unseen, on our terms.  Trying to find a house is stressful enough. Doing it long distance is even worse.  So having Denise on our side was, in hindsight, an indespensable asset.  She was consistenly professional in her approach and was very thorough and effective during the negotiations.  Her care and loyalty to us was unwavering and now, even months after we have moved in and the deal has long been finalized, she follows up with us.
