Hard working, flexible and kind.

Denise worked very hard for us. It wasn't the best time to sell our home, and she made the process as smooth as possible. We have a high level of trust and regard for Denise and would be happy to recommend her to any of our colleagues and friends.

Denise is very knowledgeable and helped make the listing, and ultimately the closing, of selling my house very smooth. Her guidance through the process was very helpful and appreciated.

Denise assisted me in buying homes when I moved to Fort Collins, and then selling them when life changes called for me to move away from Colorado. She was very thorough in her research and recommendations and always willing to go the extra mile for me. I couldn't be more pleased!

Denise was so great to work with. She always answered any questions I had and keep me up to date on any new or outstanding items that would come up. She works hard for her clients.

We have been working with Kathy Arents for many year. Kathy recommended Denise, as she has retired. What a recommendation! I would recommend Denise to anyone!

We greatly appreciate the care that Denise Schissel took in listing, staging, presenting and ensuring that the process was painless throughout the whole process.

Denise gave me valuable advice and was always on top of everything that I needed to do throughout the whole of my house-sale process.

From the moment we first met Denise, we knew we were in FANTASTIC hands! Denise is a staunch advocate, well-connected, and impressively informed. And, has an especially sharp sense and understanding of the real estate market in Northern Colorado. Throughout our months of working together she was responsive and helpful, creative, curious and compassionate, and highly adept at helping us find and negotiate for our dream home. In addition to being a top-notch agent, Denise has a wonderful sense humor, is a keen listener, remembers even the most minute details, and is fully present to her client’s ideas, questions, wishes and dreams. We absolutely LOVED working with Denise! And, highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend her!

Denise was excellent in her role as my agent. She knew what she was doing at every point and kept me well informed as we moved through the process of selling my home.
