I enjoyed working with Denise, she made a hard process very easy. She was friendly, available, knowledgeable and quick to respond. She answered all of my questions and was always willing to research to find out more if necessary. She provided a lot of information both during the process and afterwards to make my life easier - to include great recommendations as I move to the next step with my new home. She was personable and easy to talk too through the process to include working while she was on the road visiting family (not expected, but certainly appreciated!) She was very good in adding the extra steps to helping us as we were out of town buyers and finding contractors to come in and help in the areas that were needed . Very responsive with questions getting answered and not delaying on the things that we needed help with as we were out of town sellers.

Denise sold our father his house and when he died his request was for us to use her as the realtor. Denise was lovely. My sister and I live a few hours away, and Denise was very helpful and accommodating. She would go to the house and help with tasks that we were unable to complete. She was supportive with all of our decisions, and made helpful suggestions that made the process run as smoothly as possible.
