The house for sale was an estate sale and there were many issues we needed to clear before closing. The house was, in my opinion, a fixer upper or demo home. We had multiple offers within the first week. About half were above asking. Upon accepting an offer the buyer's were difficult and eventually pulled out through no fault of the realtor.
