Denise was professional, helpful, timely, and most importantly, successful!! The first time we met she came with a full market analysis and had clearly done her homework. She was never pushy, but always friendly. Denise's communication was consistent and helpful. She made sure we knew what was happening, but was never bothersome and always followed up as promised. She did a lot of research & work behind the scenes to get us a great offer in minimal time. We have been extremely pleased and will use her for all our real estates needs! Highly recommend!

Had yet another amazing experience working with Denise Gaffney and her team this summer. Denise sized up our challenging property sale project, brought in a team of pro's to form a strategy, executed and got our property sold in a matter of weeks (true story!). Not only were she and her team effective, they were also a delight to work with. Attentive, proactive, communicative, polite, and direct when needed... These are all great descriptives for Denise and her team. Need to buy or sell in the Cary or McHenry County areas and want it done right? Want to stop feeling resentful to see the realtor's commission line on the closing statement? Work with Denise, she won't disappoint!

Denise was amazing to work with from start to finish. Her knowledge of the community allowed us to quickly find the neighborhood and a house we wanted very quickly which was great as we were relocating from the Pacific Northwest. She is very professional and communicates very well. I highly recommend her.

Denise has lived in the area and has been part of the community for many years. Her deep knowledge of the market in the area was invaluable to us. We quickly found the target neighborhoods and homes we wanted to pursue which was especially helpfull as we were living in a different part of the country and had to find a home quickly.

I have nothing but the highest praise to offer my B&W realtor, Denise Gaffney. Denise is the consummate real estate professional- knowledgeable, quick to task, conscientious, compassionate, and extremely communicative. She took what I thought would be a tedious and nerve-wracking process and broke down everything in its simplest terms, which made things so much easier to manage. I can't thank her enough for guiding me along, from start to finish--she made sure I didn't miss a thing. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a residential realtor in this area--her professional expertise is matched only by her wonderful personality. Thanks again, Denise!

Denise was excellent throughout the whole process - everything went smooth due to all her hard work!

Very hard working, great communication, very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process! Denise is a gem!

Denise was amazing through our house buying process. We made some quick decisions and then gas buyer’s remorse and she helped us break two contracts and then showed us 5 houses in one weekend, because we were only about 35 days away from the closing on our house. We found what we wanted and she stayed with us all the way! Right up to the closing! We had not sold or bought a house for 41 years, so we were pretty uninformed about what we needed to do. She is more than my realtor, she is my friend!
