Denise was an excellent agent. Working long distance and through some difficult circumstances, she exemplified customer service. Always professional and kind, she helped us navigate this selling process and made it seem easy, yet I know our situation was far from easy.
We met Denise at an open house and though we weren’t interested in that property she continued to be in touch with us. We were so impressed with her that when we found a condo we wanted to buy we asked her to be our buyers agent. She helped negotiate and handle our purchase and at the same time when we put our condo up for sale we used Denise to sell that as well. She did a great job selling our condo and we were able to close on both within a week of each other. Denise is personable, professional, communicating all the time and made us feel that we were her most important clients. Denise showed my family a couple of different houses over the past couple of years. My two sons two grand kids and myself moved three families from California to Tennessee to find property and house for us all. She didn't know what a pain we were going to be we all wanted something different. Prices were extremely high so we decided to hold off a while maybe prices would lower. We found this house that the property was really what we were looking for. I called Denise and asked her if she could show us the house and property she agreed. We loved the property and it was exactly what we wanted house was not. We went home and talked it over and decided we could make the house are own and called Denise to put a offer on it in March and closed in May. She worked tirelessly for us trying to get the sellers out with all their farm animals and personal things on the property. We spoke almost daily for two months sometimes off and on all day.
