While Denis did well finding us a tenant and helping close out the deal, there were communication gaps that cost us when the tenant was moving in. Certain things communicated were untrue which made us, as landlords, lose credibility with the tenant early on. It’s likely that we will use Denis’s help for future needs, however, we will change our approach to avoid the issues we ran into in the future.
