Denice was so patient and attentive; very helpful in negotiations and worked with sellers agent so we could show the home to family and ensure it was okay during a cold snap. Easiest real estate deal ever - best real estate agent on the Outer Banks. Denice makes the whole experience awesome.

My experience with selling my house was excellent. Denise and Lauren were knowledgeable and helpful. Im so glad I was able to work with them!
