Several years ago, when Dellmarie was first "getting her feet wet" in the Real Estate business, I told her that if I ever needed a real estate person, she would be the one. She smiled. A few years later, the house where I was living was built on a large lot in a small subdivision in Cumberland County. It was almost impossible for me to keep up the home and the yard all by myself. I made up my mind that I would be relieved of a lot of headaches if I were to sell the property and find something smaller. So . . . I called Delmarie and she took the "challenge" of selling my home, while I had moved into a condominium in Fayetteville. After living in the condominium for 5 years on the outskirts of downtown Fayetteville, it became evident that it was not wise for me to stay totally alone, so I decided to try living at Heritage Place, an assisted living residence. Again, it was up to Delmarie to take the challenge of selling the condominium to someone who needed a place to live, both geographly and convieniently. The last transaction was completed just a few days after the 30 days which we hoped would happen. Prayers were answered . . . again!
