Martin is the best and most professional realtor I have ever worked with and I have bought and sold many properties over the years.  This one was special as it was my family home that I grew up in and we had owned it for 57 years!!  Through a drawn-out lawsuit with the City the pandemic and an uncertain market Martin was a calm professional and straightforward liaison to sell our home.  It took two years and most realtors would have given up.  Martin never did.  He checked on the house when it snowed (I live in another town) bought flowers for the showings and did dump runs.   He arranged for handymen work when needed and checked in frequently to complete the myriad of tedious items needed when selling a home.  The bottom line: he cared.  He conveyed it constantly.  This was not just a transaction to Martin.  This was hard work to get the best possible price for a home we loved.  Thank you Martin.
