Dee Dee proved to be very patient and informative when dealing with the estate sale of my parents home as a result of their recent deaths. To complicate the matter further the home was an investment property with tenants that became difficult to deal with. Dee Dee remained composed and professional regardless of the challenges faced progressing through 1) preparing the home for sale2) dealing with damage from the ice storm 3) patiently waiting for the tenants to move out 4) dealing with difficult tenants during showings and house preparation among other issues.
