Great experience, everyone communicated with each other, explained each step throughout the process. Debbie Francis went above and beyond my expectations and was always available to answer my many questions. I would highly recommend Debbie if you want a realtor with extensive knowledge of her field as well as a team that goes the extra step to make sure you have an almost stress free buying/selling experience. Since Debbie was acting as a seller and buyer agent, I was completely amazed at how well she was able to problem solve a few small concerns that still made everything fair and satisfactory to both parties. I honestly don't believe there is any situation or circumstance that Debbie could not find an acceptable resolution.
