This is our third real estate transaction with Debbie Long. While we hope to not have another one as we have now moved to France---we would wholeheartedly choose to work with her again. This latest sale was probably the most difficult for everyone involved because of the market and political situation as well as several challenges with the buyers. Debbie guided us every step of the way since we were 9 hours time change away. She made great suggestions and kept us absolutely in the loop. There is probably no one any better than Debbie Long--and we wish her all the best in her future work in real estate and in life. She is not only our agent---but a very good and loyal friend.

I don't think you could find a better agent than Debbie Long. She is amazingly organized, responsive and smart. She pays attention to every detail and takes it all in stride. This lady knows her stuff! Not only did she help us sell our house in 10 days but she was very instrumental in us getting the place we were buying in Texas! We were telling Debbie about the issues we were having with our lender due to self employment when she recommended the lender that had us a pre-approval letter within 24 hour!
